I stayed at this location this past week for a convention it was little far from the convention center but not that bad was still able to walk. The staff here was great the check in was a breeze. Breakfast was great with a very good selection and the ladies were great. At night they have a bar and pub and I ate there 4 nights. Tia was busy but she made sure to be attentive and remind everyone that there food was coming. The drinks were good and the food every night was cooked just as I ordered it. If I ever come back to Charlotte this is my place to stay. Great Customer Service! ~Kimberly S
Pooh at the bar is absolutely phenomenal. She is very friendly and her smiles. Always great customer service and attentive and it's very knowledgeable about everything. My drinks we're just right and she was very informal about the menu items. ~Marquita M
